Long-term Partnership Among Two Women Leads to Acquisition
KANSAS CITY, MO – New Horizons Enterprises, LLC acquired Angel Environmental, which was founded in 2003 and provides disposal services for hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams. The two companies have been working in partnership for several years. New Horizons provides environmental management and contracting services, specializing in demolition projects. Their consultants test for environmental hazards, such as asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and radon and perform Phase I and Phase II ESA’s which often results in the need for waste disposal and abatement, creating a natural synergy for the two companies.
Angel Environmental is now operating as a subsidiary of New Horizons, which employs 85 employees based in Kansas City, Missouri.
