Stephanie Isaacson – President & CEO
Stephanie Isaacson is the President and CEO of the 100% woman-owned New Horizons. With a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in environmental science, a master’s degree in business administration, and over 16 years experience in the demolition, environmental contracting and consulting fields, Stephanie is a force to be reckoned with. Under Stephanie’s leadership, New Horizons has grown from one employee to over 80 employees and two office locations in the past 10 years. Stephanie has received the Women Impacting Public Policy “Member to Watch” award, has been recognized as one of the twenty-five “Women Who Mean Business” by the Kansas City Business Journal, and received the Alumni Achievement Award from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, among her many honors in the professional world. When not making moves in the environmental sector, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband Andy and daughter Madison, attending Royals, Chiefs and Husker games and relaxing at home with their puppies.

William (Bill) Bush III – Vice President
Bill is the Vice President of New Horizons and has been involved in the demolition, environmental contracting and consulting fields since 1992. Bill holds a business degree from Avila University. Bill uses the knowledge gained from working his way up the ranks in asbestos abatement and environmental contracting, to being actively involved in projects and helping lower overheads to pass those savings on to clients. When forming New Horizons, Bill and Stephanie believed that comprehensive and innovative environmental solutions did not have to be exorbitantly expensive and together they designed a company to be efficient, thorough, and cost effective. Bill and his family reside in Kansas City and enjoy spending weekends at the lake.

Scott Stewart – Estimator
Scott has over 12 years experience involving project management for environmental contracting and consulting and has been with New Horizons since the company’s formation. Since coming to New Horizons, Scott has managed the turn-key field operations for demolition, asbestos, mold and lead-based paint inspections, and abatement operations for thousands of projects. Scott lives in Kansas City and on the weekends you can find him at sporting events or fishing. Scott is a certified asbestos inspector, management planner and supervisor, lead-based paint inspector and RRP lead-safe certified renovator, and air sampling professional.

Monica Baker – Waste Management Coordinator
Monica Baker started Angel Environments, now a subsidiary of New Horizons, more than 20 years ago. Monica is an expert on disposal services for hazardous and on-hazardous waste streams and is excited to share that knowledge with the New Horizons team. She has decades of experience in finding the best solutions for waste disposal and helping clients through the process of packing and disposing of their waste. By joining Angel Environmental with New Horizons, Monica is looking to the future and how to keep the business going once she is ready to retire. Outside of work, Monica is an avid scrapbooker and crafter.
